  • In what ways can I earn $10 in JCPenney Rewards?

The amount of $10 JCPenney Rewards that may be earned is unlimited. Members will receive a $10 JCPenney Reward certificate (“Reward) when they reach 200 points within their program account. The reward may be used on eligible JCPenney purchases (see the reward for information about any limits or exclusions), and 200 points will be taken from the member’s program account. Nevertheless, regardless of the price of the qualifying purchase, you are limited to a maximum of 2,000 points (“Point Maximum”) in a single transaction.

  • When will my points be void?

With an “active” program account, your points will never expire. At least once per twelve months, you must be “active” in order to receive points for eligible purchases.

  • Can you tell me when my rewards will be invalid?

There is a 45-day minimum before the rewards will expire. All Rewards are subject to forfeiture if not utilized before the specified expiry date, which is always 11:59 evening CT (Central Time). On every Reward; you’ll see the expiry date. Make use of them; keep them!
